The rate schedule for this year is separated into three period: HIGH-SEASON, MID-SEASON & LOW-SEASON.  The high-season extends from June 20 to August 20.  The mid-season is from May 23 through June 19, and August 21 through September 2.  Any reservations for before May 26 or after September 3 will be scheduled at the low-season rate.  WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR MILEAGE.

The table below lists the high-season rates.  The mid-season rates are $10/day lower, and the low-season rates are $20/day lower than the high season rates. All rent is due and payable when the motor home is picked up by the lessee.

High SeASON DAILY RENTAL RATES

Check Out & Return Schedule: The scheduled checkout time for each rental is 6 p.m., and the scheduled return time is 1 p.m.  To guarantee an earlier departure time or a later return time will require an additional rental day.

Registration Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to book a motor home reservation. Reservations are confirmed when this deposit is received.  WE ARE ACCEPTING VISA AND MASTERCARDS. This deposit becomes the security deposit for the vehicle during the rental period, and is fully refundable at the return of the motor home, if all conditions of the lease are met and the vehicle is returned without damage.

Cancellation Policy:  There is a $50.00 cancellation fee. The balance of the reservation deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made two (2) weeks or more in advance of the booking date.  For cancellations made less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled departure date, 50% of the balance will be forfeited

Additional Supplies: Each motor home is rented bare.  Cooking utensils and linen are available for out-of-state lessees at an additional flat fee of $50.00 per rental period for two persons and $15 for each additional person.

Rental Tax: The Municipality of Anchorage and the State of Alaska require us to collect a tax of 11% on all charges involved in the rental of motor homes.  This charge is in addition to the rates quoted below. 

Security Deposit Refund Requirements:  At the end of the rental period, the security deposit is fully refundable if the motor home is returned without damage, the fuel and propane tanks are full, the holding tanks are freshly emptied, and the motor home is freshly cleaned inside and washed outside.  If you would rather not clean, services are available at these additional fees:

Empty Holding Tanks: $50.00                        Wash Exterior: $40.00

Fill Gas Tanks: $25.00 + gas                            Interior Clean: $40/hr

Traveler Airport Pick-up & Return:  We operate approximately 2 miles from the airport terminal.  We will provide pick-up and return services at no charge, even for late arrivals.  Please ask us about this service.

INSURANCE 
Lulay Rentals, LLC has all vehicles fully insured for liability coverage.

Insurance Requirements for Lessees: All motor home lessees are requested to provide a certificate of insurance from their own insurance company, covering the rented vehicle during the period of the lease.  Your insurance agent can fax the certificate directly to LR at our fax number (907) 248-3531, or you can bring it with you when you pick up the motor home.  Lessee is responsible for insurance deductibles, if there is an accident.  If the lessee is unable to obtain a certificate of insurance for the rental period, the lessee shall be required to provide an additional insurance deposit of $1,000 when the motor home is picked up.  This deposit shall be fully refundable if there is no damage to the motor home or property of others during the rental period.  If there is an accident for which the driver is liable, and a claim is filed under the LR insurance policy, the lessee is responsible for the $1,000 deductible.  In any driver-caused accident, there is a $200 claims management charge also.
